SONICSKY is not responsible for delays caused by client inaction, lack of provided materials, or force majeure events.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers
‍We strive to deliver high-quality work, but we do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted.The client is responsible for testing the final website before launch.SONICSKY is not responsible for third-party service failures (e.g., hosting providers, domain registrars, or external software integrations).

8. Limitation of Liability
‍To the maximum extent permitted by law, SONICSKY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or lost profits.

9. Termination
‍Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms.SONICSKY reserves the right to terminate services if the client engages in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.No refunds will be provided for completed work unless otherwise agreed.
